Returns Policy
You may return an unopened item within 3 days of delivery for a full refund, as a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). If you wish to return an item due to customer remorse or no longer wanting the item, there is a 50% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping.
Note: Item being returned must be packed in the same manner as received. If frozen ice pack and insulated wrapper were used, freeze ice pack and return in the insulated wrapper. This will insure returned item is in same condition when it was shipped.
